Soul Kitchen - Nowogrodzka 18A
If you are looking for that rarest of gem restaurants then I advise you to look no further that Soul Kitchen. As the owners say "Whenever we think about food and its components, we wonder how the smallest ingredients will interact – almost at the atomic level." and they are not kidding. Soul Kitchen is an absolute must-visit. Situated in the heart of the city, this restaurant offers a brilliant combination of fantastic value, high-quality food, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
From the moment you step in, the restaurant's warm ambiance, live music featuring a pianist and singer, and attentive staff set the stage for a memorable meal. While I don’t usually enjoy music while dining, the live performance here somehow elevated the experience.
The menu ,which changes seasonally, is diverse and carefully curated. Highlights included the aged steaks, whole ducks, and a variety of beautifully presented starters like the tuna tartare. The beef Wellington was a standout—generously portioned and expertly prepared. Desserts are equally impressive; the crêpes Suzette, flambéed tableside, were both a visual and culinary delight, although the pancake texture was slightly unusual.
The restaurant is understandably popular, so booking a table is essential—though we were lucky enough to snag a last-minute cancellation. It's worth every bit of effort to secure a reservation.
Whether you’re a local or visiting Warsaw, Soul Kitchen offers everything you could want in a dining experience: delicious food, lively yet cozy vibes, and attentive service. Highly recommended!
